Partnerships
In administering the War Pension Scheme, we work in partnership with many other government departments such as the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) and the Department of Constitutional Affairs (DCA), who assist us when processing claims and appeals.
We deliver welfare services in partnership with ex-Service and other voluntary organisations. Where appropriate, we aim to build on this by working more closely with the voluntary and private sectors to provide a more streamlined service to our pensioners.
