Fife Veterans Association
Fife Veterans Association is a network of ex service personnel who meet every Tuesday between 11 am and 1pm in the British Legion, New Row Dunfermline. Amongst our members are veterans from all three services with an assortment of age and experience whose common bond is that we all know how difficult it can be to return to civilian life after time in the armed forces. There are many organisations out there offering help and assistance to make the transition less traumatic but knowing how and when to contact them can be a stumbling block in itself. Each one of our members has been through this bureaucracy and it may just be that we can help make it easier for you to do so. We also organise regular events to keep ourselves active and to raise funds for the group and other service orientated organisations.
It doesn't matter how long ago you left or for how long you served, if we can help or even if you just miss the camaraderie of service life and wish to chat with like minded people you will be made very welcome. We are always open to new members, so if you would like to get involved please feel free to come along to our meetings or for more information phone any of the following:
